Possibly the most important thing to know about Coach Stephany is that she's "here for it." Heavy lifting? She's here for it (18.4 hello!). Nasty WOD? She's here for it. The second most important thing to know is she's mom to everyone's favorite gym dog, Nugget. When she's not coaching or exploring Astoria with Nuggs, she can be found at home strumming her ukulele.

Somerton is from Down Under, mate! Queensland, Australia, that is. He served approximately 10 years in the military with multiple combat tours, but nowadays he's most likely found photo bombing tourists & skipping out on rounds at the pub. His favorite workouts are Murph & DT and his favorite lift is the deadlift.
Natalie is from Dallas, TX and is working on getting her JD! She loves all things barbell, so you definitely don't want to go head to head with her on DT. In her spare time, you might find her making coffee or casually snatching your max for reps.
Coach Alex is one of the busiest trainers in NY! In addition to coaching CrossFit, Yoga, and Pilates, she is also currently working towards a masters degree in dance. As if all that wasn't enough to keep her busy and hard at work, she also runs dancingginer.com where she offers her services as a health coach and nutritionist.
Alli is an actor from Clifton, NJ. She recently graduated with a BA in Acting International Performance Ensemble. In her spare time, she studies improv and stage combat. Her favorite CrossFit movements are back squats and clean & jerks, so it comes as no surprise that she loves Grace too!
Lifelong New Yorker, Coach Dave has been doing CrossFit for 6 years. In CrossFit purist fashion he loves being a generalist when it comes to fitness. Give him a sled, some slam balls, cleans, and handstands and Dave is in his element. His most recent achievement is a 1 minute handstand hold. His hobbies include not only training like a superhero (#Marvel4life) but also playing them on Xbox while enjoying the finest donuts the city has to offer.
Andrew is a coffee connoiseur with a passion for heavy weights. His favorite workouts are Diane & Holleyman and his favorite lift is the deadlift. When he's not at the gym, he's probably reading or watching movies, as well as *all* the special features. He also likes to practice his swing at Five Iron Golf.
