We offer classes for all levels, and each class is capped at 20 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please sign-up in advance or show up 10-15 minutes early.

A 60 minute class that mixes weightlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, and endurance.[Classes typically consist of a Warm-Up, Skill or Strength set, and Metabolic Conditioning (Met Con).]

OcuFit is a 40 min full body, HIIT inspired workout programmed for maximum efficiency and results. Expect a high-energy workout combining bodyweight, strength and cardio exercises. To make the most of your time, this class is designed for intensity, so get ready to sweat! Classes are small for individualized attention and coaching. All levels are welcome! 

Performance Stretching

7:00pm – 8:00pm

11:45am – 12:45pm 

Performance Stretch is a class that teaches athletes how to identify mobility restrictions and provides athletes with the tools to increase their functional mobility. Using a combination of dynamic exercises and passive stretches, Performance Stretch helps athletes work on their flexibility and form. The goals of this class are to increase body awareness, strengthen weaknesses, and reduce risk of injury during workouts and in daily life.



7:00pm – 8:00pm

A blend between restorative yoga and vinyasa flow. The perfect balance for people who do Crossfit or like hitting it hard in the gym. Alex’s class is focused on opening up the body’s major joints, getting deep into postures so you can move through life and the gym without pain.

Barbell Club

7:00pm – 8:00pm

This members-only club provides athletes with time each week to drill Olympic and Powerlifting technique and enhance their CrossFit training with a supplemental strength program.
